Making sense of complexity. See the connections others miss.
WHAT I DO

PROBLEMS I HELP SOLVE
When the problem is not quite what it seems

-
A team is underperforming, but the issue is not competence.
-
A manager is struggling, but the issue is not motivation.
-
A mobility assignment looks successful on paper, but something is quietly going wrong.
-
A reorganisation is technically sound, but people are not following.
-
A professional transition feels stuck, but the problem is not lack of options.

Sometimes the challenge is not the absence of a solution.
It is understanding what is actually happening.

In a world where answers are increasingly easy to generate, the ability to understand the real problem becomes even more valuable.

HOW I WORK
I combine international HR experience, structured thinking, evidence-based frameworks and facilitation with coaching and creative methods where useful.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
-
facilitated discussion
-
visual thinking
-
storytelling
-
reflective exercises
-
role play
-
coaching tools
-
practical frameworks

The objective is not to make complexity look simple.
It is to make it easier to understand, discuss and act on.

THE HUMAN EDGE IN THE AGE OF AI
AI can give us answers faster.
It should not make us stop asking questions.
As AI and new technologies become part of everyday work and learning, the ability to think independently, question assumptions, connect ideas, create and exercise judgement becomes increasingly important.

I explore how people and organisations can use AI as a cognitive partner while preserving and cultivating the human capabilities behind creativity, innovation and independent thinking.

The aim is not to stop using AI or new technologies. It is to use them more intelligently without outsourcing the thinking that still needs to remain human.
