I started in law, pharmaceutical and international law specifically.
I moved into international HR, working across global organisations and complex environments for more than 10 years.
I then developed an independent consulting and facilitation practice grounded in that same operational experience.
Not because I couldn't choose. Because the intersection between legal, structural, human and psychological complexity is where some of the most useful work happens.
