Bookings Policy
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
The work that is built between the Consultant and the Client is based on consistency, presence, and mutual respect for time. This Bookings Policy explains how Strategic Consulting sessions are scheduled, rescheduled, and used so expectations are clear for both the Client and the Consultant.
By booking sessions or purchasing a Strategic Consulting engagement, you agree to this policy, along with the Strategic Consulting Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement.
1. Scheduling Sessions
All Strategic Consulting sessions are scheduled through our website online booking system, namely calendly.
Session availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and reflects the parameters of your Strategic Consulting Agreement. Availability may vary based on capacity and scheduling constraints.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Strategic Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty height (48) hours’ notice at no penalty.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than forty height (48) hours’ notice are considered used and forfeited.
Clients are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible if a conflict arises so that time may be managed responsibly.
3. Use of Sessions
Strategic Consulting sessions are intended to be used within the timeframe outlined in your Strategic Consulting Agreement.
Unused, missed, or forfeited sessions are not carried forward, credited, or refunded.
This consulting engagement is process-based and relational, not pay-per-session.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time to respect all commitments.
If you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited.
If a delay occurs on our end, the session will be extended or rescheduled at no cost to you.
5. Consulting Commitment
We are committed to providing a professional, ethical, and supportive consulting experience.
Coaching and consulting follow established professional standards and is designed to support reflection, decision-making, and self-leadership. Consulting is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment.
6. Client Responsibilities
Consulting works best when clients are engaged and accountable. As a client, you agree to:
-
arrive on time and prepared for sessions
-
schedule and use sessions within the agreed timeframe
-
communicate clearly if rescheduling is necessary
-
honor the policies outlined here and in the Strategic Consulting Agreement
Failure to follow booking policies may result in forfeited sessions, as outlined above.
7. Relationship to Other Policies
This Bookings Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency, the Strategic Consulting Agreement governs the consulting relationship.
